Tech Data, a TD SYNNEX company, has launched a program to help partners tackle climate reporting in collaboration with carbon reporting program provider Carbonhalo.

According to Tech Data, the program provides access to workshops, guidance, and emissions-tracking tools to simplify climate reporting.

It also claims to tap into “new revenue opportunities in the sustainability space” by integrating Carbonhalo into partners’ solutions portfolio.

“As environmental regulations tighten, the Climate Action Partner Program stands out as one of the first in the region to provide partners with the structured support they need to lead in environmental responsibility,” said Andy Berry, VP and country general manager for Tech Data Australia and New Zealand.

“By enabling our partners to adopt sustainable practices, we’re not only strengthening their market position but also advancing our goal of fostering industry-wide progress.”

Ben Daley, Carbonhalo CEO, added that his company’s program helps partners start their journey in addressing climate action with tools and ongoing support to meet regulatory and market expectations.

“Starting strategic climate action can seem complex, but it begins with taking the first step and our collaboration with Tech Data enables businesses to do just that,” he said.

Tech Data’s collaboration with Carbonhalo comes more than a month after it extended its partnership with Avepoint in October to cover Australia and New Zealand.
