Commander has appointed Leading Edge Group as a master partner, enabling the latter to expand its product set for small businesses.
According to Commander, this allows Leading Edge’s Computer Membership category to offer Commander and Vocus products like voice, data and mobility solutions to small businesses.
“This is a key part of our broader transformation across the technology group, which aims to provide competitive product offerings for new and existing members,” said Leading Edge Group head of category Jerami Grassi.
Earlier this year in May, Commander launched a communication solution named Business Connect aimed at small to medium-sized businesses (SMB) for collaboration between employees and to provide a device-agnostic method to connect with customers.
The solution integrates with Microsoft Teams and provides communication functionality for any device, ranging from PCs, tablets, smartphones and desk phones.
It also includes inbound and outbound calls to mobiles and landlines, video and chat collaboration, as well as call queues to route callers.
Additionally, the solution offers features and pricing to be configured on a per-user basis, allowing for the employer to enable various functions for employees that require them.
