Cloud contact centre integrator Synergy Enterprise Solutions has won approval to be a supplier on the New Zealand government Marketplace, Pae Hokohoko.
The development makes it easier for agencies to access Synergy’s customer and employee engagement solutions and to use them to enable the delivery of e-citizen services.
“The delivery of e-citizen services has become an anchor of the government’s relationship with its constituents and Synergy stands ready to support New Zealand’s digital acceleration efforts in this regard,” said country manager Chris Clark.
Synergy has been approved as a supplier of managed services as well as in the consultant and professional services Marketplace category.
In March 2024, Synergy solidified its partnership with Zendesk, which provides an AI-powered solution for customer experience management. Public sector agencies can also now adopt this technology through the Marketplace to deliver a superior experience and achieve productivity efficiencies.
“Our partnership with Zendesk allows us to tap into their expertise as a provider of customer and employee experience solutions to drive better connections and improve efficiencies” Clark said.
Being listed on the Marketplace through Synergy was an exciting development, said Lisa Munnings, Zendesk’s regional vice-president of APAC partner sales.
“Synergy shares our vision of simplifying complexity and making it easy for organisations to build relationships,” she said.
Synergy’s local customer base includes councils, healthcare providers, retail organisations and public service organisations.
Synergy also partners with Twilio, Genesys, Freshworks, Kore.AI and Verint.
Clark has been NZ country manager for Synergy since July 2023. A local branch of the company was registered in June this year.
