Specialised Australian Cisco partner Peak Insight has made leadership changes with the appointment of Stefano Pesic to the role of CEO and Steven Kruize as general manager of sales.
Both new hires bring over 15 years of experience in cloud collaboration and the Cisco ecosystem.
They also come with a proven track record in strategic growth, positioning Peak Insight to deliver its expertise, the company claimed.
Stefano Pesic joins Peak Insight from Symbio where he was the general manager, strategy and products – enterprise. Previous to that role, he was general manager of IT services and consulting firm Intrado, based in Singapore. He has also worked at West Unified Communications Services and at Cisco Systems.
As Peak Insight’s new CEO, Pesic intends to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to continue delivering outcomes for its customers, partners and employees.
“As AI reshapes the digital workplace, we are uniquely positioned to help organisations unlock unprecedented value through Cisco technologies,” he said.
Pesic will be joined by Kruize, who brings over 20 years of experience in technology sales and business development.
Kruize has held key leadership positions at Symbio, Intrado, and NEC.
At Peak Insight, Kruize will lead the national sales strategy, building key partner and client relationships and driving new business opportunities.
“My focus will be on building a strong sales team that enables us to meet a far greater volume of customer requirements,” he said. “I will also focus on delivering more value for our key partners at Telstra and Cisco.”
These leadership changes are a part of the company’s ambitious growth strategy aimed at dramatically enhancing its market presence and driving customer excellence, the company claimed.
