Orro has launched a managed observability service underpinned by Cisco’s ThousandEyes and Orro’s One Touch Control digital delivery platform.
The managed observability service integrates telemetry data from across an organisation’s technology stack, whether cloud, network, applications, or IoT environments into a centralised dashboards that provide real-time visualisations.
This view enables teams to troubleshoot and optimise their IT operations, preventing issues before they escalate and improving overall business performance.
The aim of the service will be to deliver visibility across internal and external networks for end users.
Daniel Greengarten, CEO of Orro, said understanding the operating environment was crucial to effective network management.
“This enhanced visibility enables customers to make informed decisions, strengthen their networks, and clearly identify areas for improvement,” he said.
Orro’s service provides customers with real-time insights into their network’s performance, allowing them to track network status, manage latency changes, and identify weaknesses before they impact users.
Currently Orro’s managed observability service is being used by customers across a variety of industry sectors, including education, retail, transport and logistics.
