IT services provider Novigi has bolstered its services capabilities with the acquisition of Brisbane-based 360 Managed.

Novigi will integrate 360 Managed’s team into its operations along with several new clients, two of which include Australian Food Super and FutureSuper.

“Bringing 360 Managed on board not only uplifts our managed services offerings to better meet the evolving needs and requirements of regulated entities, but also reinforces our position as the leading data and technology partner in Australia’s superannuation and wealth management sectors,” Novigi CEO Ash Priest said.

Meanwhile, 360 Managed director Tim Coupland said that the two business’ values and proposition closely align with each other.

“This is a significant milestone for our team, allowing us to enhance our managed service offering at scale, delivering greater value to both our clients and our people,” he said.

Priest added 2024 had been a “pivotal” year for the company, with the 360 Managed acquisition being a part of its plan to become a $100 million business.

“The acquisition of 360 Managed is a key element of this strategy, significantly enhancing our managed services for front office technology in the trustee domain,” Priest said.

Novigi’s acquisition of 360 Managed comes months after it was appointed as the technology partner for Apex Group’s superannuation business in July, handling the data and administration tech functions.
