Ingram Micro has streamlined the process for resellers to transition over to Adobe’s VIP Marketplace via its Xvantage platform.
The initiative enables partners to transact and purchase licenses on Adobe’s marketplace.
Additionally, Ingram Micro’s team will provide tailored support ranging from customer mapping strategies to the deployment of Xvantage integrations and APIs.
This comes ahead of the planned retirement of Adobe’s VIP Buying Program for commercial customers by 31 May 2025.
“I believe our decade-long alliance with Adobe and a team of over 40 Ingram Micro-dedicated Adobe experts in A/NZ well positions us to support resellers and their customers during this critical migration,” said Trent Gomersall, director of cloud, cyber security and hybrid business at Ingram Micro.
“Part of this commitment includes providing our customers with the tools and resources they need to take full advantage of the opportunities this transition presents.”
The Xvantage platform launched in Australia earlier this year and is powered by a global real time data mesh containing many years of operating and transactions data, as well as several proprietary engines which are enhanced by AI and machine learning.
