Barracuda Networks has launched an enablement and rewards programme for its partners globally, as well as provided additions to its existing programme, with both initiatives in effect across Australia and New Zealand.
The Barracuda Partner Sales Engineer Community programme is aimed at partners such as value-added resellers, managed service providers, distributors and systems integrators, among others. It is also part of the Barracuda Partner Success Program, which launched globally in December 2023,
On offer through this new programme is access to training labs, scanning tools, live product demos and sandboxes, rewards and benefits and collaboration opportunities.
At the same time as launching the new programme, Barracuda has also released additions to its existing Partner Success Program, which includes automation and self-service tools.
This includes a security operations centre (SOC)-as-a-service for sell-through partners, technical enablement resources and programmes and channel automation tools that the security, network and storage vendor claims will improve productivity.
In turn, this sees the vendor’s Barracuda Managed XDR solution available for all partners, as well as certifications for the product. It has also updated certifications for its other products, including Barracuda Email Protection and Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup.
A new demo page for partners is also available, providing what the vendor claims is simplified access to aid in sales opportunities.
On the automation front, Barracuda has made two new dashboard modules available to monitor programme compliance with real-time visibility into revenue and certification achievements and renewals, as well as rebate target performance tracking.
“We have made significant advancements to the Barracuda Partner Success Program since its launch last year to arm frontline partners with industry-leading solutions, expert security operations specialists and the necessary training and tools to neutralise attacks and improve overall cyber resiliency,” said Barracuda vice president of worldwide partner ecosystems Jason Beal.
“We are continuously listening to and learning alongside our partners in a truly collaborative approach and these phase three programme updates directly address feedback to meet their evolving needs.”
