Sometimes, client pain points are subtle and difficult to describe. Other times, they’re impossible to ignore. ChannelPro’s Executive Editor Jonathan Browning recently sat down with Blake Cheek, director of cloud solutions for Incite Automation and Damian Hamp-Adams, CEO of Rocketseed to discuss how they’re expanding their footprint in the IT channel.
What is Incite Automation?
Incite focuses on low-code development solutions that leverage the Microsoft Power Platform. These solutions are primarily centered around Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio. Incite helps its partners build custom apps quickly to simplify processes and gain new capabilities.

How Does Incite Automation Address Pain Points?
-
End-to-End Microsoft Solutions: Incite Automation specializes in integrating Microsoft products to help businesses maximize their existing investments
-
Low-Code Development: For MSPs that lack a development team, low-code solutions simplify the process. There’s no need to start from scratch. Instead, MSPs can work with Incite to customize pre-built frameworks to deliver faster results for their clients
-
Advanced Analytics: Incite leans on Power BI to build advanced reporting with trends analysis. This helps identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities so end users aren’t leaving money on the table
-
Training and Support: Incite Automation goes beyond implementation by offering training through its sister company, Insight Discovery, which helps MSPs and their clients get up to speed with the platforms, reducing friction and increasing satisfaction
Success & Ongoing Value
One notable project involved automating cybersecurity assessment reports using Power BI and SharePoint for a partner MSP.
“We were able to just leverage SharePoint and Power BI. Now, the person can drop the raw files into SharePoint, the Power BI report knows how to pull that data in, and the report gets done in half an hour instead of four hours. That’s huge ROI,” Cheek said.

Growth Strategy
Cheek emphasized the importance of networking and attending channel events like ChannelPro LIVE. Incite Automation is actively exploring broader national and regional events to meet more MSPs and expand their reach organically through word-of-mouth referrals. Cheek’s organization believes strongly in building strong, lasting strategic relationships.
“We work with MSPs to help them understand what they’re getting, how to co-sell with us, and how to maximize financial gains. It’s a passion of ours,” Cheek noted.
What is Rocketseed?
Damien Hamp-Adams, CEO of Rocketseed USA, leads a company that focuses on a key part of business communications: email signatures and banners. Rocketseed provides a platform that helps businesses—from SMBs to large enterprises—manage and automate their email branding, including advertising banners, email signatures, and disclaimers.
How Does Rocketseed Address Pain Points?
-
Comprehensive Email Branding: Rocketseed’s product is divided into three key modules: email banners (for top or footer placement), digital imprint email signatures, and legal disclaimers. These tools ensure that businesses maintain consistent branding across all outgoing emails, which is particularly valuable for larger organizations with many employees.
-
Security and Compliance: With an emphasis on security, Rocketseed supports TLS encryption and complies with ISO 27001 certification, ensuring that emails are delivered securely while protecting sensitive information. This is especially crucial for sectors like defense, finance, and healthcare, where email security is paramount.
-
Channel-Focused Growth: Although Rocketseed started with direct sales, they’ve pivoted towards a channel-focused approach, partnering with MSPs and ISVs to deliver their solution to more clients. Their focus on co-marketing initiatives and onboarding support makes them a valuable partner for MSPs.

Rocketseed offers an on-premise solution that allows clients to maintain full control over their email systems while still benefiting from Rocketseed’s branding and compliance tools.
“We’re unique because we’re the only company in the marketplace that can offer dedicated service behind a customer’s firewall. For sectors like defense, institutional banking, and insurance, they like to know their data is protected behind their own firewall,” Hamp-Adams said.
Growth Strategy
Hamp-Adams highlighted that events like ChannelPro LIVE are selecting the right mix of vendors. He encouraged MSPs to focus on vendor partnerships and ensure that they are offering the right mix of solutions to their customers.
For Damien and his team, that light switches on immediately upon striking a deal with an MSP. “The onboarding experience for each partner is key. We provide constant communication, making sure we’re doing everything necessary to support them,” Hamp-Adams shared.
Two Different Paths, One Common Goal
While Incite Automation and Rocketseed approach the MSP market from different angles—they both offer crucial value to the MSP community. Incite Automation helps MSPs attack inefficiencies in client organizations with customized solutions, driving new revenue streams with minimal effort.
Rocketseed, on the other hand, helps businesses maintain consistent and secure email communications. Both are tackling common pain points that plague today’s fastest-growing industries.
For MSPs looking to grow, partnering with companies like Incite Automation and Rocketseed can provide the tools and support needed to not only meet client demands but also exceed them, creating new opportunities for revenue, efficiency, and client retention.
