Tecala has joined Netskope’s managed services provider (MSP) program, enabling it to deliver the vendor’s cloud-native security service edge solutions, including zero trust network access services.
Based within Netskope’s Evolve Partner Program, the service provider-focused specialisation program will also allow Tecala to directly activate, implement and manage customer subscriptions using its own professional services and technical support.
According to the service provider’s manager of cyber security, Murray Mills, entry into the program will enable Tecala to optimise Netskope cloud security solutions within its security operations centre.
Tecala joined the program at towards the end of the 2024 financial year in June.
“When Netskope launched [its] MSP program, Tecala quickly took steps to meet the certification requirements,” Mills said to ARN.
According to Mills, Netskope has been a go-to vendor for Tecala, especially for services like secure web gateway, cloud access security broker and private access.
“Our relationship has always been strong, built on close technical collaboration and a shared go-to-market (GTM) strategy,” he added. “Joining the MSP program is a natural progression of this existing partnership.”
