Wavelink has added Acredia’s cloud-based platform to its health and aged care solutions portfolio for Australia.
Acredia’s cloud-based platform integrates operational efficiency and compliance into a unified system in aged care facilities, containing a modular design that ensures compliance with legislative changes.
The software vendor’s Care Direct app is also central to this offering, which is aimed at care workers to deliver holistic aged care solution for resident care. Using near-field technology, care workers can scan tags or QR codes placed at the entrance of residents’ rooms for access to the resident’s profile and task lists.
Wavelink CEO Ilan Rubin said the synergy between the distributor and Acredia exemplifies a shared commitment to improving care delivery and operational efficiency in aged care facilities.
Acredia CEO Charles Chang added that partnering with Wavelink “is an exciting milestone” for the cloud platform as it continues to expand its presence across the Australia and New Zealand (A/NZ) region.
The cloud platform and app will be available to Wavelink’s channel immediately.
Wavelink’s agreement with Acredia comes months after it expanded its security operations (SecOps) portfolio with a security information and event management (SIEM)-as-a-service offering for A/NZ partners in conjunction with Laminar Communications in June.
