Partners from Australia and New Zealand were treated to a variety of breakout sessions on day 3 of EDGE 2024.
After morning tea, partners split up to attend one out of four breakout sessions. Within the set of sessions was Amazon Web Services (AWS) business development WWPS distribution Jon Shallant and director of channel alliances Andrew Winter speaking with Nextgen Group CEO John Walters on tapping into opportunities in the marketplace, reaping the benefits and navigating beyond the first net-new business opportunity. Also on the agenda was AvePoint A/NZ partner development manager Jarod Strassmeir presenting on the services opportunities for partners in the market on data and security and optimising the performance of AI tools.
Meanwhile, Kaseya regional sales manager Mike Houston discussed the latest trends, challenges and opportunities shaping the future of IT management and how MSPs can stay ahead of the curve. Last but not least was LastPass sales manager Anthony Rosa and MSP partner manager James Vouthivong examining the current state of password management, how MSPs can strengthen organisational security and address key customer challenges.
