The last morning of EDGE 2024 opened with a DEI Roundtable sponsored by Unstoppable Leadership. Attendees were invited to discuss the profound impact of bringing our unique selves to the forefront and how differences, when embraced and included, become a powerful collective driving force.

After an introduction from EDGE ambassador Susan Searle, the roundtable was opened by Unstoppable Leadership founder and CEO Rema Lolas, who then also acted as host to a discussion with Oreta cofounder and director Rajitha Rajasingham, Rapid Circle Australia and New Zealand CEO and managing director Cassandra Ashworth, Conicio Advisory founder and managing director Bardia Khalilifar and Insight Asia Pacific director of sales operations Jenny Southon.
